Opening Times

We are open all year round and can accommodate arrivals seven days a week, but advance booking is required to make sure we have space.

Payment

Full payment is required at least 14 days before arrival and payment requests will be sent via PayPal.

Vaccinations

All rabbits should be vaccinated against Myximatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease 1 and 2 (V.H.D 1 & 2). Please bring vaccination certificates with you on arrival, as rabbits cannot be accepted without them for the safety of other pets in our care.

At present there are no vaccination requirements for guinea pigs.

Health

If there are signs of disease, illness or injury when your pet arrives and we have not received prior notification, we may not be able to accommodate your pet as we need to protect all of the animals in our care.

All of our animals are kept separately and we can not be held responsible for any pet pregnancy or injury while in our care.

If your pet is not collected within two weeks of the collection date we reserve the right to re-home your pet.

We reserve the right to separate any pets in our care if we feel it is necessary for their well being.

Illness and Death

Should your pet become ill whilst boarding with us we will contact you on the number provided by you and, if necessary, seek advice from our vet. If we are unable to contact you and we deem it necessary we will proceed to seek advice from our vet.

We will not be responsible for any vet fees incurred.

In the unlikely event of a death occurring, we will notify you immediately and will take your pet to our vet where you can arrange your final wishes.

All consultation and/or medication charges will be payable by you, plus a fee to cover our time and travel expenses.

Whilst we take every care to ensure that your pet is kept in a clean, safe and healthy environment, we cannot be held responsible in the event of ill health or death occurring whilst boarding with us.

Please note that pets are left entirely at their owners’ risk.
